A little about me
I'm a Computer Science graduate who kept gravitating toward the messy middle of building things: what problem are we actually solving, for whom, and how will we know it worked?
Most of my hands-on work has been translating user needs into requirements, workflows, metrics, and MVPs — writing PRDs and JTBD, scoping what ships first, mapping how an AI feature can fail, and instrumenting the events that tell me whether people got value.
I like products that are useful before they are clever: a clear problem statement, a small honest MVP, and data that decides the next iteration.

DocuMind — AI Document Assistant
Engineered and deployed an AI document assistant allowing natural-language queries over uploaded files, streamlining information retrieval.
PlanWise — AI Planning Assistant
Developed and launched an AI planning MVP that converts goal inputs, schedules, and constraints into prioritized action plans.
InsightFlow — Customer Support Analytics
Analyzed SupportPulse dataset (8,469 tickets, 19 fields) with 16 SQL queries; uncovered refund friction and missing CSAT gap, instrumented 8 analytics events, and executed a simulated A/B test.
